In the Name of God Amen I Nancy Olive being of a great age but or good sense and memory, and as It is appointed unto mortal men & women to die and calling in mind to settle my affairs of my Estate, I do make this my last will and Testament in manner and form, to wit, --------
1st I give my- soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave it and my body after death I commit to the Earth to be buried after the manner of Christian Burial at the disrection of my Executor or Executors, and as touches my Worldly property or estate wherein it hath pleased Almighty God to bless me with in this life,  I dispose off in the following manner—

Ist - I give and bequeath unto the following named children, to wit, Abel, Matthew, Asa, Isham and Eli Olive being my sons, and my Daughter Keziah Dupree one dollar for each of them, to them and their heirs forever ------

2ndly - I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Olive one playbank mare and one cow & calf and their increase forever. Also one Feather bed Bedstead and furniture and one chest and whollen wheel and cards to her and her heirs forever---

3rdly- I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Scinthy Olive one chart and wheels also one cow and heiffer and also one featherbed Bedstead and furniture saddle loom and gear to her and her heirs forever ----

4thly - After my decease if I or should I have any stock that I have not given away consisting of cattle sheep or hogs and my plantation utensils with all my household and kitchen furniture to be equally divided between my last named Daughters, To wit, Mary and Scinthy Olive to them and their heirs forever. Also I give my crop that I at this time raised of every description Or any Crop that I should raise hereafter if I should live to be Equally Divided to my above said Daughters Mary and Scinthy Olive, to them and their heirs forever---
 

Also my will and desire is after my decease if f should any Money or any Residue of my Estate Remaining after paying my Just debts, then in that case if any ----

I give and Bequeath unto my afore Named Daughers to be equally divided, to wit, Mary and Scinthy Olive to them And their Heirs forever.  And further I do acknowledge and confirm this my last will and Testament in the manner and forms above described and I request my worthy Friend and appoint said friend Burwell Olive my Executor of this my last Will and Testament, this the 9th Day of October in the year of our Lord 1839---
